Training plan dedicated for women. It is aimed at strengthening, improving firmness and shaping especially the lower body parts (buttocks, thighs, abdomen) as well as improving overall fitness.

The plan includes 30 different workouts. Each training session includes a warm-up, a main training session and possibly additional exercises – that is, you get 30 complete training units.
An instructional video is attached to each exercise, the training formulas are precisely described so that even a beginner understands everything.
We interweave conditioning and strength training, we combine them into interesting patterns, so that the body receives various stimuli, thanks to which you will achieve your goal faster.
Training and warm-up should take no longer than 40-50 minutes.
Workouts are designed to be performed at home. To make them, you need:

  • 1 kettlebell weight – beginner 6-8 kg, intermediate 10-12 kg, advanced 16-20 kg. Ultimately, you can get 2 weights (lighter for all one-handed movements, over the head, etc., heavier for squats, deadlifts, etc.
  • 1 resistance miniband tape (thickness depending on the level of advancement)
  • 1 longer superband tape (we start with the thinnest one)
